Speed Rush Racing

Effective date: September 17, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Speed Rush Racing ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you download and play the App. We built the App's core gameplay to work entirely on your device; the App also displays ads through Google AdMob, described in detail below.

Summary

The App itself does not collect any personal information for gameplay purposes — your score, coins, and settings are stored only on your device. However, the App displays ads through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service, which may collect certain data (such as an advertising identifier and device/usage information) as described in the "Advertising" section below.

Information We Collect

The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using Android's standard app-private storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never transmitted off your device, to us, or to any third party:

DataPurpose
High scoreDisplayed to you on the main menu and game-over screen
Coin balanceUsed to unlock cars in the in-game Garage
Selected/unlocked carsRemembers your car choice between sessions
Sound & control settingsRemembers your preferred settings

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal or sensitive information.

Permissions

The App requests one device permission:

  • Vibrate (VIBRATE) — used only to provide haptic feedback when your car crashes. This permission does not grant access to any personal data.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or any other sensitive device permission.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob is a third-party advertising service operated by Google, and it may collect and process information such as:

  • Advertising ID (a resettable, non-permanent device identifier)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device information (device model, operating system, language)
  • App interaction data (ad views, clicks, and impressions)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's own privacy policies:

Your ad choices: You can opt out of personalized advertising, or reset your advertising identifier, from your device settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or via the Google Settings app on older versions). You can also visit adssettings.google.com to manage how Google personalizes ads for you.

Other Third-Party Services

Aside from Google AdMob, the App does not integrate any other third-party SDKs — no additional analytics platforms, no crash reporting services, and no in-app purchase processors at this time. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated in advance of that update, and the change will be noted in the "Last updated" date above.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly direct the App at, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13 outside of what is described in the "Advertising" section above. Where the App is used by a child-directed audience, ad requests are configured in accordance with Google AdMob's requirements for child-directed treatment and applicable laws (such as COPPA). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Google AdMob, as a third-party service integrated into the App, processes certain data as described above and in its own privacy policy; this sharing is limited to what is necessary for AdMob to operate and serve ads.

Data Security

Since your game data never leaves your device, its protection is governed by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption, etc.), the same as any other locally stored app data. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

Your Choices

You can reset all locally stored game data at any time from the App's Settings screen ("Reset Progress"), or by clearing the App's storage from your device's system Settings, or by uninstalling the App entirely.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change what data the App collects (for example, by adding ads, analytics, or online features in a future version), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date, and — where required — provide notice within the App itself.
